A Day-by-Day Yacht Adventure
Your Exclusive Raja Ampat Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Sorong
Welcome to the gateway of paradise. Upon your arrival at Sorong Airport, you’ll be warmly
greeted by your yacht crew and transferred to the harbor, just a 20-minute drive. Step aboard your
luxury yacht and settle into your cabin as we prepare to depart toward the stunning archipelago of
Raja Ampat.
Enjoy a gourmet lunch served on deck as the journey begins. If time allows, we’ll pause for an
introductory snorkel or a relaxed check dive before enjoying sundowners beneath the vast
Indonesian sky. Dinner will be served under a canopy of stars. Your first magical night at sea.
Day 2 – Kri Peninsula & Mioskon Bay
Wake to the melodic calls of tropical birds and the gentle rhythm of the sea. This morning, we anchor in the
serene Mioskon Bay, an exquisite location for kayaking along lush mangroves or snorkeling in crystal-clear
waters teeming with life.
Later, we explore the underwater treasures of the Kri Peninsula, renowned for its vibrant coral slopes and abundant marine biodiversity. In the afternoon, visit a traditional village on nearby Mansuar Island to gain insight into the local Papuan culture.
Day 3 – The Passage & Kabui Bay
Today begins with a rare opportunity: an early morning jungle hike in search of the elusive Red Bird of
Paradise. Your cruise director will guide you to a bird-watching platform where you may witness this
spectacular species in its natural habitat.
After breakfast, we sail to Kabui Bay, home to the iconic “mushroom islands.” These limestone formations
mark the entrance to The Passage, a narrow saltwater river brimming with marine life due to its strong tidal currents, a unique and thrilling snorkeling or diving experience.
Day 4 – Penemu Islands
Our journey continues to the breathtaking Penemu Islands, a scattered cluster of limestone islets cloaked in
tropical vegetation. Hike the island trail to a panoramic viewpoint offering sweeping vistas of the turquoise bay
below.
Below the surface, Penemu is just as enchanting. Dive or snorkel vibrant coral gardens frequented by sea
turtles, manta rays, and large schools of tropical fish. This is a marine paradise, untouched and unforgettable.
Day 5 – Wayag Islands
Today, we explore the iconic Wayag Islands, an emerald maze of karst formations rising from vivid blue
lagoons. This quintessential Raja Ampat landscape offers the perfect setting for beachcombing, kayaking, or
paddleboarding.
For the adventurous, a hike to the island’s peak rewards you with one of the most dramatic views in the
archipelago. End the day with a private beach picnic or a sunset cocktail as the golden light dances across the
horizon.
Day 6 – Wofoh Islands
We anchor today at the twin islands of Wofoh, linked by a shallow coral reef. Spend the morning
paddleboarding, snorkeling, or simply soaking up the tropical sun on white-sand beaches.
Dive along Wofoh’s magnificent coral wall, a vertical garden of vibrant marine life, sponges, and corals where
you may spot reef sharks, turtles, and countless species of colorful fish. A haven for underwater photographers.
Day 7 – Arborek Island
This morning, we head to Arborek Island, one of the best places in Raja Ampat to witness the graceful dance of
Manta Rays. Dive or snorkel above sandy bottoms where these gentle giants feed on plankton carried by the
tidal flow.
After a delicious onboard lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to explore Arborek village, one of the few
inhabited islands in the region. Meet the locals and experience the welcoming spirit of Papuan culture.
Day 8 – Mansuar Island
Another day of underwater wonder awaits. This morning, we snorkel or dive in the vibrant reefs around
Mansuar Island, home to sea turtles, reef fish, and sometimes even more mantas.
In the afternoon, visit a nearby village to learn more about life in this remote part of the world. Later, relax with
a sundowner on deck as we sail toward our next destination: the wild and lush Batanta Island.
Day 9 – Batanta & Dayang Islands
Today’s adventure takes us deep into the rainforest of Batanta, the smallest of Raja Ampat’s four main islands.
After breakfast, enjoy a guided trek to two cascading waterfalls, where you can cool off in natural pools and
spot unique birdlife and jungle creatures.
After lunch, we cruise to tranquil Dayang Island for a final afternoon of swimming, snorkeling, or lounging on
secluded beaches. As the sun sets one last time over the archipelago, we begin our overnight sail back to
Sorong.
Day 10 – Sorong Departure
Enjoy your final breakfast on deck as we arrive in Sorong. Our crew will assist with your disembarkation and transfer you to the airport for your onward journey—leaving with memories of a voyage unlike any other.
